7. A recipe that contains several helpful ingredients for diarrhea comprises of a cup of plain yogurt, a quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder, and a pinch of salt. Simply add the spices after warming the yogurt and drink.

8. Drink only non caffeinated and non alcoholic fluids whilst feeling sick. Skip apple juice however but choose ginger ale and carrot juice instead.
