The best acne treatment is a diet of living foods, that will help the body eliminate waste; if you're eating the standard American diet it will continue to be reflected in your blemished skin. And people with skin disorders such as acne, rosacea, and psoriasis often suffer from constipation; if you are, make sure you are drinking lots of water every day and add more natural fiber from raw fruits and vegetables to your diet.

Use olive oil with a little very fresh flaxseed oil in your big dark green salads. The next time you want to have a snack, instead of fatty junk food, help your skin - have an apple, orange, peach, pear, banana, plum, berries or any other fruit. Eating fruits that are red or orange in color will help improve you skin health and help to prevent acne in the future.

Concentrating on this diet, of mostly fruits and vegetables (preferably uncooked), and no junk food, should give you an observable improvement in your skin within just 30 days. Also eat foods that contain essential fatty acids.
