Well if you are, then I suggest you really take the time to look online at some of the various sites available to people such as yourself. First and foremost, congrats to you for finally making the decision to lose weight and become healthier. Nowadays people becoming obese has become an epidemic. There are herbs you can add to your diet as supplements, teas (especially green tea), and foods that will help your weight loss program go smoothly with these pills.

There are various herbs which contain sympathomimetics and xanthine compounds which will increase the body's basal metabolic rate to increase the burning of calories and fat, act as mild stimulants, and suppress the appetite! The metabolic rating process is one of the most important aspects to ANYONE losing weight or staying in shape. If you are sedentary (staying still, being a cough potato, having a desk job) chances are you metabolism won't be "moving" this is where a lot of the fat on your body comes into play.

On the other hand, if your metabolism is moving - you will burn calories and fat. That is the whole point of putting specific herbs inside these pills. Also, they might make you have more energy as well, which will also speed up your metabolism and make you want to be more active. When it comes to losing weight, sitting around is one of the worst things to do besides cramming your body full of bad foods.

So if you see herbs like ginger, ginkgo biloba, green tea, kelp, chickweed, cardamom, or any other "herbs" this is completely normal and it's actually something you WANT to have in your weight loss pills so I would actually recommend you make sure the product you are taking does have these elemental factors!
