Build your affiliate marketing business on honesty and integrity. New recruits are looking to you for guidance and a life jacket if necessary to keep them afloat. Don't let them down by allowing them to sink before they begin to tread the deep waters.

New recruits learn the business structure as they go. Encourage them to ask questions and provide them honest answers. Sometimes the honest answer isn't the one they want to hear but don't sugar coat things with sprinkles of dishonesty.

The information your recruits receive from you is the same information they will pass along to their recruits. As they build their business, they will rely on what you have taught them. Honest information will build a solid foundation for your affiliate marketing business.

Promote your affiliate marketing business by offering a free comprehensive demonstration. Allow leads to take the business for a test drive. Don't stop the test drive before they get it to full speed! Give them an experience that will pique their curiosity and cause them to ask questions.

Answer all inquiries honestly and timely. Never leave your leads or new recruits hanging. They rely on you for quick answers and training material. Make yourself and the required materials readily available.

Believe in Your Business

You will never achieve success in your affiliate marketing business if you aren't confident in the products and business model. New recruits will pick up on your uncertainty and have qualms about joining you in any business venture. Always project a positive outlook and give finalized answers that show your confidence.

Instill that confidence in your new recruits. Your downline affiliates must show the same confidence when they generate leads and sponsor new recruits. Make sure they understand the importance of passing that belief in the business model and confidence on to their own downline affiliates.

Honesty and empathy alone can't run your business. They will play a strong role in the success of your business, but you are the key player. Your honesty and empathy will go a long way in satisfying the concerns your leads and new recruits have.

Treat leads and new recruits as if they are already an integral part of your business. Provide all necessary training materials they will need to get their business off the ground. Show them how to duplicate training and promotional materials passed down from their upline sponsor.
