Positive Thinking : is a mental attitude. In this we have pleasant feelings, constructive thoughts and images of our visualization, which we really want to happen. It brings brightness the to eyes and more energy in the body and happiness as the end result. It has a beneficial effect on health. Positive thinking also reflects in the body language, how we feel, the way we walk erect and the way we talk which is powerful and confident. Positive thinking is contagious i.e, our thinking affects what happens in the subconscious level by the transference of our thoughts and feelings.
Positive thinking also helps in connecting readily with other people. They are ever ready to help and be friendly if we are positive but dislike and avoid if we are negative. It has many benefits and advantages in life. Firstly, positive thinking brings inner peace. The power of thought is a big weapon, which shapes our life that is often done subconsciously. But we can achieve it consciously too. Secondly, it helps us to set and realize our goals and achieve success in life. Finally, and most importantly it brings overall happiness in life. To be positive in life one should work very hard. We should always entertain positive thoughts, ideas, beliefs, and faith. In other words, we should be perseverant, persistent and determined in our thought process. Always we should try to use affirmations and positive words to improve our thinking. To be positive or not is in one's own hands. Hence, positive thinking is worth developing and strengthening and should be made into a predominant mental attitude.
Subconscious Mind : is that state of mind where one is not totally aware of the mental activities of the mind. Often we tend to act in a particular way without our knowledge because of this subconscious mind. Most of our behavior is governed by this subconscious mind. To achieve positive thinking in life subconscious mind plays an important role. The thought process in the subconscious mind should also be positive to achieve positive thoughts in the conscious state. In other words, one should always allow only positive words, ideas, and thoughts etc. to enter the subconscious state consciously.
This can be achieved by using affirmations like "I can do this", "I will do this", "I will be happy" etc. Though this is easier said than done because most of the time we revert back to self-doubt, fear of failure, pain, grief etc. Nonetheless one should strongly and firmly believe in oneself to achieve positive thoughts in subconscious mind.
Law Of Attraction : is the magnetic power of the Universe to pull or attract similar energies together. It manifests in numerous ways. The law of gravity of the earth is one of the examples. This law also manifests in human beings in their thoughts, ideas, situations, circumstances etc. The way Law of attraction acts regarding human beings is that it attracts people with similar ideas, views, thoughts, perceptions, perspectives etc.
In forming a group or a team or a political party with an ideology etc. This law can help enormously in one's own life. One can use the Law of attraction to bring success in one's life by visualizing the positive images and affirmations that one had been practicing in their subconscious mind. This should be done with a strong desire, interest, feeling and faith in oneself and in the law. Then this manifests as Positive thinking.
Goal Setting : Every one of us need or have some goals in life. The process of setting goals in one's life is called goal setting. Setting goals is an art and it is also a necessity. For goal setting clarity, competence and concentration are the 3 key elements to be followed or to be kept in mind. The following points are to be adhered. They are:
a. one should state the goal in a positive way.
b. Goals should be realistic and should be able to be achieved easily.
c. Goals should be set by one's own self.
d. They should be clear and specific in nature i.e., the goal setter should be able to visualize the end result.
e. Goal setting should be such that it does not hinder or hamper other activities of the life system.
f. Last but not the least coal setting needs sacrifices to be done.
Finally cositive thinking can be achieved by inducing positive thoughts in the subconscious mind, following the law of attraction and realistic Goal setting.
